Star Trek: The Motion Picture

An unknown entity races toward Earth, destroying everything in its path. Kirk must resume his post as captain of the U.S.S. Enterprise, and along with Spock, McCoy, and the rest of the Enterprise crew, Kirk must find a way to stop it before it destroys the Earth and all its inhabitants. Some would say that this is worst Trek episode of them all. I beg to differ. A true science fiction movie, this film is about exploration; exploration of the human condition, and why we should even exist. Truly a masterpiece.

  1. Seriously, you trekkers got to pull your head out of the space time anomaly. This is the most painfully boring movie of the series. Seeing that you favour this one makes me think you've been dipping into Grandpa's stash of Klingon ale.

  2. If you don't like this movie, stop saying that you like science fiction movies. You want action, watch Rambo. Oh, and it's the Romulans who drink ale; Klingons drink blood wine.

  3. You tell him Steven, I was so excited when this movie came out with the original cast. Although I do like Captain Picard, I missed the old Star Trek shows.
